■ Outdoor wind speed: not exceeding 30 m/s;
■ Relative humidity: daily average not greater than 95%; monthly average not greater than 90%;
■ Installation site: a place free from fire, explosion hazards, chemical corrosive gases and with good ventilation, with the ground inclination not greater than 3°;
