The photovoltaic (wind power) step-up box-type substation is a product specially designed and developed by our company for new energy power generation. This pre-fabricated substation combines a step-up transformer, high-voltage complete switchgear, low-voltage complete switchgear and auxiliary equipment such as power transformers with the box reasonably to form a complete set of substation products.

Its performance fully complies with IEC 61330-2010 High-voltage/Low-voltage Prefabricated Substations. It is a new type of pre-fabricated substation developed for the special use requirements of new energy power generation, featuring strong integrity, easy installation, short construction period, low operation cost, high structural strength and strong anti-corrosion performance. It is fully applicable to operating environments with relatively harsh natural conditions such as beaches, grasslands and deserts. This product has passed the type test of Shanghai Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Testing Center, and its performance fully meets the requirements of new energy use.

The photovoltaic (wind power) step-up box-type substation is mainly used in photovoltaic and wind power generation projects. The box materials can be ordinary steel plate, color steel plate, stainless steel, non-metallic materials, etc., and the protection level can reach IP54.

Usage conditions

■ Altitude: ≤ 3,000 m;

■ Ambient temperature: -40°C to +45°C;

■ Outdoor wind speed: not exceeding 30 m/s;

■ Relative humidity: daily average not exceeding 95%; monthly average not exceeding 90%; the power supply voltage waveform is approximately sinusoidal, and the three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetrical;

■ Installation location: Installed in a place without fire, explosion hazards, severe pollution, chemical corrosion, and intense vibration.
