The resin-insulated dry-type transformer is a product that our company introduced advanced foreign technology and independently developed the SC(B)10, SC(B)11, SC(B)12 and SSC(B)13 series of filled thin-insulation dry-type transformers. Since the coils are encapsulated with epoxy resin, they are flame-retardant, fireproof, explosion-proof, maintenance-free, pollution-free, small in size and can be directly installed in the load center. At the same time, scientific and reasonable design and casting technology make the partial discharge of the product even smaller, with low noise and strong heat dissipation ability. Under forced air cooling conditions, it can operate at 140% of the rated load for a long time. It is equipped with an intelligent temperature controller, which has fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature tripping and black-out functions, and can be connected to a computer through the RS485 serial interface for centralized monitoring and control.
