1、Introduction
The switch cabinet is a kind of electrical equipment. The external lines of the switch cabinet enter the main control switch in the cabinet first, and then enter the sub control switch. Each branch is set according to its needs. For example, instruments, automatic control, motor magnetic switches, various AC contactors, etc. Some are also equipped with high-voltage room and low-voltage room switch cabinets, high-voltage buses, such as power plants, etc., and some are also equipped with low cycle load shedding for main equipment.
The switch cabinet has the functions of overhead incoming and outgoing lines, cable incoming and outgoing lines, bus connection, etc. It is mainly applicable to various places such as power plants, substations, petrochemical, metallurgical steel rolling, light industry and textile, factories and mining enterprises, residential quarters, high-rise buildings, etc.
2、Product model
The switchgear shall meet the relevant requirements of the "Standard for AC Metal Enclosed Switchgear", which consists of two major parts: the cabinet body and the circuit breaker. The cabinet body consists of the shell, electrical components (including insulating parts), various mechanisms, secondary terminals and wiring.
KYN series medium voltage switchgear is a new generation of switchgear developed by JONCHN Group according to China's national conditions on the basis of the introduction of advanced technology from Areva.

Normal use environment
■Ambient air temperature: maximum 40 ℃, 24h average not more than 35 ℃, minimum - 5 ℃.
■Altitude not exceeding 1000m
■The surrounding air is not obviously polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or combustible gases, steam or salt mist.
■Humidity: the average daily relative humidity is not more than 95%, and the average monthly relative humidity is not more than 90%. The average daily water vapor pressure shall not be less than 2.2kPa, and the average monthly water vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8kPa.
■The seismic intensity shall not exceed 8 degrees.

Main features
■The switch cabinet is made of aluminum coated zinc steel plate, with modular design, flexible and convenient assembly and high strength.
■Equipped with HVX vacuum circuit breaker with advanced technology from Areva.
■The vacuum circuit breaker is maintenance free, and its operating mechanism can choose spring operating mechanism or advanced magnetic driving mechanism.
■The withdrawable parts (handcart) are in the middle, which requires low ground flatness.
■The withdrawable parts have good interchangeability.
■All switch operations can be carried out when the panel is closed, which makes the operator safer.
■Perfect mechanical interlocking, simple and reliable.
■High voltage cables can be connected from the front of the cabinet (front wiring mode) or from the rear of the switch cabinet (rear wiring mode) through the circuit breaker room as required. Each phase can be connected with up to 6 cables.
■The circuit breaker room, bus bar room and cable room are equipped with independent upward pressure relief devices.
■It can be installed against the wall.
■High resistance to internal arc fault.
■It can realize intelligent measurement, control and protection functions.
■The F-C cabinet can be equipped with CVX vacuum contactor handcart 3 with advanced technology from Areva.

2、KYN61-40Medium voltage air insulated switchgear

KYN61 armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear is suitable for three-phase AC SOHz rated voltage of 40. 5kV single bus, and indoor metal armored complete switchgear used for receiving and distributing electric energy in single bus sectionalized system.

3、Five defenses
1、After the vacuum circuit breaker trolley in the high-voltage switch cabinet is closed at the test position, the trolley circuit breaker cannot enter the working position. (Prevent on load closing)
2、When the grounding knife in the high-voltage switch cabinet is closed, the trolley circuit breaker cannot enter the working position for closing. (Prevent closing with grounding wire)
3、When the vacuum circuit breaker in the high-voltage switch cabinet is closed, the front and rear doors of the panel cabinet are locked with the cabinet door by the machinery on the grounding knife. (Prevent from entering the live compartment by mistake)
4、The vacuum circuit breaker in the high-voltage switch cabinet is closed during operation, and the grounding knife cannot be closed and put into operation. (Prevent electrification and grounding wire)
5、The vacuum circuit breaker in the high-voltage switch cabinet cannot exit the working position of the trolley circuit breaker when it is closed for operation. (Prevent loaded broach brake)
